TaylorMade Burner Tour Ball
I have previously put out an article on the best golf balls in 2010 and in it I have recommended that the Taylormade Penta 5-piece ball was a good choice as a performance ball which could rival the champion golf ball Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x. Please see the below link: http://gforce-guru.blogspot.com/2010/12/balls.html.
Then later I penned a piece on a less heard or advertised version which is the Mizuno S201 ball:
http://gforce-guru.blogspot.com/2011/06/mizuno-s201.html and when I met and had a round with a golf kaki (mate), he was using the TaylorMade Penta and when he found out that I was using the Mizuno S201, he asked why I recommended the Penta but I was using a Mizuno. You see, I have to experiment, search, discover and sacrifice so that you can have a better life.
Now, I am going to tell you about the TaylorMade Burner Tour golf ball. The Burner Tour golf ball was created to combine maximum distance with great feel. The thinner and softer cover provides more control around the greens. Tour balls usually offer more spin and control. So there you have it - soft feel (for landing and putting), excellent spin (stop/check) and control. It is the softest and thinnest 2-piece cover of any TaylorMade ball which better golfers demand.
It is supposed to go as long as the normal Burner balls but with more spin and control.
The Burner Tour ball features TaylorMade's "REACT" core with a compression of 45 to deliver incredibly soft spin with Low Drag Performance (LDP) technology in the 342 dimple for more lift and increased distance. The cover is built from a shear resistant lothane 57D cover that is soft to deliver exceptional feel that better golfers demand.
