Time Flies, It's Christmas Again. Everyone I have met have commented how amazingly time flew this year. That was what they said last year. They said but it seemed even quicker now. And that my friend is the essence of it all for it is now Christmas! People used to say what are you waiting for? Christmas? In other words, you have to do things in the "now". Do not buy new clothes and keep them for next Christmas, wear then now. Do not wait for the next time to show your spouse, parents, siblings and children love, show them now. I say show them love not spoil them.  Why? Simple as that, tomorrow may never come. That is why we are called the human race, a race against time, a race where nobody wins actually. For we are a fallen race. Christmas excited me when I was a young child because I learnt to make my own and first Christmas cards. I got to send them to friends with personal messages. I got to buy a new toy and meet Santa Claus if we were lucky perhaps that was...

Everybody at one time or another complained about their bosses as good bosses and really great leaders are a rare breed. Most people when they become bosses are blind to their own faults. So you get people getting their maids or domestic helpers to wash their cars, some during weekends, some actually have a few cars and others have to have their cars washed  twice a day - before they left for work and after they returned, sometimes late into the night. Then we have people obsessed with clean and clear windows yet their Microsoft version are cluttered and dirty. How many more maids need to fall to their death before something is done? Can the Ministry introduce some laws and enforce them? Can employers do something on their own rather than always waiting for the Government to lead? There are not many folks who possess it and the man who possesses it is a blessed man and someone in great demand in all areas of life especially valued by friends and associates. Forgiveness Our human heart and condition are built on unforgiveness. We are sensitive to many things and yet insensitive to others in everything. We only consider our own feelings because our soul residing inside of us could feel the pain when we hear or see something we do not like. It is funny when the other fellow has mud on his face but the fun is different when the mud is on yours. Isn't it true that we offend without even knowing or bother to be careful and feel offended by something that is not even there.  We never remembered when we hurt others, try counting and you wouldn't even recall. Now try to remember who has offended you - Wow!! The names pour out like an internet search with pages of contents. Some of you may even keep a black book to blacklist people.
