The best Japanese food are flown in fresh on certain days of the week, the fishes fly business class and if you know the chefs, have wads of cash endlessly, you can then go enjoy yourselves. I am not a fan of buffet and I am not talking about Warren. But I love Japanese cuisine and it is not easy to find good Japanese buffet. Last time Shima was probably the best in town.
