We must be aware that we must never take things for granted but then when life was routine, the order of things in the universe will be taken for granted. Who would have thought that a day will come where the simplest thing like going out, eating, working, travelling, meeting family and friends would come to an almost complete halt. Well, at least in Singapore, we never really had a complete lockdown. I said who not WHO.  Originally, I thought that this was a great opportunity for the world to band and come together as one but no as till this day, we still knew no better how the virus originated and from how it came about and are none the wiser.  We even saw the horrors of racism rearing its ugly head. If we saw videos of some Americans beating up Asians unprovoked, does it mean that all Americans are racist? Sometime ago, a crocodile was found on I think hole 6 of Orchid Country Club basking in the sun on a rocky patch. You should not be surprised as all waterways lead to the sea so salt water crocodiles could find their way in. It probably also depends on the distance from the sea and the food source available. Sungei Buloh and the Kranji areas should have more crocodiles and Lower Seletar Reservoir that straddles between OCC and Seletar Country Club is just next to the sea from the other side of Yishun Ave 1. Crocodiles can easily crawl over. So do not take for granted especially around and near the water as besides crocs there are also snakes.  In fact, alligators, buaya and crocodiles are all over the golf courses. They are also known as ABC. Very good golfers who won't give  you stroke and others who asks for a lot of strokes. These are equally deadly. They say golf isn't a sport. They also say anyone can play golf. Some people even think that golf is easy. Some feel golfers aren't athletes. Have they ever tried doing it? Try hitting a sweet spot of one square inch with a stick that measure four foot. Can you hit a ball at close to 100 miles per hour and hit it on a spot the size of a dime? You play against yourself rather than  your flight mates. You do battle for 4-5 hours at the mercy of the weather and the elements. You could train for hours or play for years and get destroyed with just one shot. You could hit 250m with a drive and then do a three putt within metres. Haha.
