EPL 2018/19 Game Week 38

Just one match left to go for all and curtains. Manchester City is likely to retain the crown but the coronation has to wait as they go down to the wire. Liverpool's great season may end up with no trophies even with 94 or 97 points. That is like what Klopp said - destiny. Sir Alex Ferguson at his best had only 91 points in his best season in 28 years. Klopp did it in 3.5  years with 94 now with a match to go but kudos for the fight till the end.  All matches will be played at the same time on Sunday and we all need the break thereafter and await the next season.  Destiny meant that all teams are facing different issues - celebrations, disappointments, renewed confidence, challenges and or a bleaker future. Some teams will be broken up and never be the same again.  Jose Mourinho is wrong and right about Guardiola, Klopp and Pocchetino. Although Korean food is good, I thought it is quite limited. I often stick to Bulgogi beef, chicken, pork, kimchi, bibimbap, etc. until I paid a visit to "sbcd Korean Tofu House". They do not just do tofu but a variety of delicious Korean food. Of course their Soontofu is a specialty. I learned that soon in Korean means soft unlike our local dialect where we may have Soon Soon Porridge or Soon Soon whatever which literally means smooth. I visited this one at Tanjong Pagar Centre. The Korean restaurant actually came from the US of A and the restaurant in Korea is called BCD or Buk Chang Dong so sbcd may mean Singapore BCD perhaps. They even have unagi which I have not tried as I thought this dish is more Japanese but I would probably try it some day. Unagi which is made from eel are actually eaten during summer due to the summer heat as most

EPL 2018/19 Game Week 37

What a season! Manchester City held firm as favourites from the beginning and are leading by a point going into the last two matches of the season. When they won the title last season they were said to be the best team ever assembled in the history of the EPL and rightly so. City only first won in 2012, followed by Manchester United (2013), City again in 2014, Chelsea (2015), Leicester City (2016), Chelsea (2017), City (2018) and maybe now in 2019.  Meanwhile, Manchester United remained the most successful English club as they have won the most titles - 20. Followed by Liverpool with 18, Arsenal with 13, Everton - 9, Aston Villa - 7, Sunderland - 6, CHelsea - 6, Manchester City - 5, Newcastle - 4, Sheffield Wednesday - 4, Blackburn Rovers - 3, Huddersfield Town - 3, Leeds United - 3, Wolverhampton Wanderers - 3, Burnley - 2, Derby - 2, Portsmouth - 2, Preston North End - 2, Tottenham - 2, Ipswich - 1, Nottingham Forest -1, Sheffield United - 1, WBA - 1 and Leicester City - 1.
