Surprises and excitement in Game Week 3. Tottenham worked hard and got full points thanks to Harry Kane once again who outscored everyone who plays for one Premier League club. Crystal Palace showed what a good team they are and Patrick Viera has a bright future as a manager. Everton saved a point at the brink of death and Fulham won a hard fought battle with Brentford in such an exciting game. Leicester's slump continued conceding a late goal that led to defeat by Southampton. Arsenal established their credentials that they are the real deal and are definitely a very strong contender for top four even if it is early days to say they could challenge for the title. West Ham are shockingly at the bottom of the table with three straight defeats this time at home to Brighton.  Newcastle are a very good side built by Eddie Howe. The most shocking result of Game Week 2 was Manchester United's mauling by Brentford. It was a mauling by Bees not Rottweilers. In such a poor state of affairs the Glazers may finally bail out and if a really rich and good owner takes over, big changes could come and eventually benefit the club. Ronaldo's desperate attempts to escape Old Trafford has been nothing but unbecoming, laughable and very unsuccessful. This is due simply to his super high wages and he also creates tactical problems for teams.  City once again cruised to a 4-0 win over Bournemouth. Arsenal were really good in their 4-2 win while Chelsea and Spurs played a dramatic game and Liverpool once again could not win and worse, were sent reeling with ten men.  Thomas Frank and his men did a brilliant job and those who watched the game knew United are having very serious problems even if they wanted to sign players before the transfer deadline. How was your Premier League experience in the season's opener? We have succumbed to ennui and despair without Premier League soccer for a few months. Hello! It's been awhile. One of the most passionate soccer fans anywhere is back! The Premier League is also back again. The world is such a different place today. The pandemic is still going on, there is a new monkey in town in the form of a pox and sadly a war raging on. Then there is inflation hurting us but our own service  providers - the telcos have to screw us all over again.
