Eat, Sleep, Repeat @ Bangkok17

There are folks who have to fly home even if they are in the same country. Then there are those who need take take a bus or drive for hours for the same need. Blessed are those who can hope onto a taxi and get to the airport in less than half an hour and in two hours or less are in another country and some of us just need to get away even for a short while before we go bonkers. Since I have done my favourite beach things, this time back to my favourite city to "Eat, Sleep, Repeat". Ok, plus shop a bit. You can go to the same places but you can do it differently on a different itinerary depending on your needs and timing. The mango with glutinous rice at Mango Tango really tango. Generally, such Thai desserts back home are not the same even from the best restaurants. The tiny bits of green beans make a nice difference. Well, nice to meet you again! I shot this especially for friends and fans of big prawns and big cockles. The first time I had anything to d

EPL 2017/18 - Game Week 31

It was the Premier Leagues' Game Week 31. With the World Cup looming in June, the F.A. Cup fixtures this week and the international break next week, Liverpool and a few other teams no longer involved in the F.A. Cup provided the remaining entertainment over the weekend and did I say entertainment. Even, if all other fixtures were to be played out, Liverpool's 5-0 annihilation of Watford was such a spectacle in every sense of the word.    Salah is now the top-scorer with 28 league goals alone with Kane at 24 and Aguero at 21. He has 28 goals and 9 assists, the highest involvement of any player. He is also the top-scorer in Europe with a total haul of 36 goals, again leading Harry Kane into 2nd with 35 goals (Kane is now injured, what a pity), Lionel Messi at 34, Ciro Immobile at 34, Edinson Cavani at 33, Cristiano Ronaldo at 33, Robert Lewandowski at 32, Sergio Aguero at 30 and Neymar at 28. His 36 goals for Liverpool was the most by a single player in their debut season in t

EPL 2017/18 - Game Week 29

We are now left with exactly ten matches to go before the curtains fall as we await the World Cup in June. Even as the World Cup becomes less exciting, it is still a soccer and a world event. Back to last week's matches, for the bottom clubs only three points separate 13th to 18th place making every win or every point count big time. At the top City led their nearest challenger by a massive 13 points. United's crucial win over Chelsea put them back into 2nd resulting with a handshake between Mourinho and Conte and  a point ahead of Liverpool whose 4-1 demolition of West Ham was widely praised in the media. So marked your calendar as United host Liverpool on 10 March at SG time 2030 hours in a match which will likely decide who will be 2nd or 3rd.  Meanwhile, Harry Kane scored his 35th goal for the season and is also leading Mohamed Salah by a goal in the top-scoring chart. More importantly, the only goal for their win meant Tottenham is 4th and now 2 points ahead of Chelse
